Following The Broccoli Carbs Diet
You need to start the diet by choosing two days out of the week to eat meats with a lot of lean protein like turkey and chicken. Along with the meat, you should also be consuming all the broccoli you can eat for these two days.
For the next three days, switch to high-fat meats like pork and beef and continue eating a reasonable amount of broccoli. For the remaining two days of the week, go back to eating lean meat along with foods that are high in carbs like rice and sweet potatoes and maintain eating a lot of broccoli.
Repeat this regimen for another week and try to reach your desired weight. If you do not reach your desired weight in these first two weeks, you should go back to a regular diet that is more reasonable and less intense. You will continue to lose weight, it just won’t be as fast.
Liquid Is Crucial When Following This
What you eat is very important during this diet, but what you drink is important as well. Of course, water is the best thing to drink in any diet. Begin by drinking two gallons of water in the first two days. Drink only one gallon of water in the next three days. For the final two days, take your water intake down to only half a gallon. After two weeks, you should go back to your normal water intake, which should be at least eight glasses per day.
